fu99 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and fu99 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting service accessible at fu99.bio and its associated domains and subdomains.

By accessing the fu99 website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the fu99 Platform.

fu99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by a prominent notice on the fu99 website. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement is supplemented by the fu99 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform. All such supplementary documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a fu99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not as a representative of any corporate body or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold more than one registered account on the fu99 Platform at any one time.
• You have not previously been excluded from the fu99 Platform or had an account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of fu99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

fu99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any user at any time. This may include a copy of a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the suspension of the relevant account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where fu99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 18 years of age, the Platform will immediately suspend the account, investigate the matter, and where the suspicion is confirmed, permanently close the account and return any deposited funds that have not been used in wagers, subject to anti-money-laundering obligations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of fu99 services including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and preferred payment method.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fu99 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, fu99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including bonus funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fu99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fu99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the fu99 support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. fu99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fu99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), proof of address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. fu99 reserves the right to request these documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fu99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fu99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Current supported methods are displayed in the fu99 cashier section at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on fu99 is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the fu99 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business hours to be credited during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• fu99 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply transaction charges of their own, for which fu99 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into a fu99 account may only be used for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. Deposits may not be transferred to other users.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to six hours for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. fu99 does not impose a maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though processing times may vary for larger amounts.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. fu99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large amounts.
• fu99 does not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts that are not registered in the name of the fu99 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a disputed transaction or ongoing investigation, fu99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fu99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered fu99 users only. fu99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a stated wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the combined total of the deposit amount and bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds have a stated expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active on a fu99 account at any one time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• fu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active use at the time of cancellation will be honoured under the original terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the fu99 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume — is strictly prohibited. fu99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

fu99 hosts casino games and sports betting markets supplied by licensed third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

6.1 RNG and Live Casino Integrity

All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on fu99 use certified algorithms that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes on every game round. fu99 does not and cannot influence game outcomes. 6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity or outcome of any game round or bet, fu99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account balance. Winnings generated from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. fu99's decision in respect of any technical malfunction is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the fu99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud fu99 or other users, including the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity fraud.
• Money laundering: Using the fu99 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker games and live casino tables.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the fu99 Platform without prior written consent from fu99.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one fu99 account for any reason, including to circumvent account restrictions or access multiple bonuses.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, manifest pricing errors in odds, or other technical errors to generate profit. Any winnings derived from known errors are not valid.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider without first contacting fu99 support to attempt to resolve the matter directly.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the fu99 Platform by any person under the age of 18.

fu99 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their accounts closed and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. fu99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where criminal activity is suspected.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by fu99

fu99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the fu99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring fu99 to do so.
• The account holder being found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct (for example, where fu99 ceases to offer services in a particular market), any real-money balance not subject to active investigation will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your fu99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus balances.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the fu99 account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and the user will not receive any marketing communications.
